WHAT CAN I ORDER?
We sell Nursery items and customised garments for girls aged from three to ten years, including dresses, tops, skirts, shirts, jumpsuits and knitwear.
ARE ALL OF THE CLOTHES ON THE WEBSITE CUSTOM MADE?
Yes, we only sell custom made clothing, which is made to order.
WHERE IS FIVE OF US MADE?
All FIVE OF US items for sale on the website are made by our family run manufacturers in Spain.
HOW ARE THE ITEMS MADE?
All our items are made using organic cotton, natural fabrics and recycled yarns which are certified by expert bodies such as GOTS, ECOVERO or RWS. We work with small, family run businesses and artisans within a safe work environment and their work conditions are also certified by recognised expert bodies (Sedex)
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you do not need an account to order, as we offer guest checkout.
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
Not directly through our website, since we currently only ship to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) but we are partnering with Lolie Kids to sell across Europe. Please visit www.loliekids.com .
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to have your order with you within four weeks of your order being confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this lead time due to the made to order nature of the garments, as well as Covid and post-Brexit customs clearance shipping challenges. Pre-orders will have a specified date for delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY GIVE THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS?
Please take your time when measuring, to ensure that you have taken the correct measurements and double check the values that you have entered before submitting your order. You can contact us at info@fiveofus.com for any clarification regarding how to measure or more bespoke service.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PROVIDED AGE AND HEIGHT DOES NOT CONVERT INTO CHEST AND WAIST MEASUREMENTS THAT I FEEL ARE CORRECT?
Please contact us at info@fiveofus.com for further assistance about your measurements but trust our artisans expertise, they know how to make garments fitting in a way you will love. Still, you can also contact us for a more bespoke solution (different price and timings may apply).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because each item is custom made and we start working on it straight away, you will not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Your item has been customised and produced especially for you but should you not love the way it fits, please contact us to discuss the return. This will not apply to personalised knitwear with initials embroidery and to nursery collection.
CAN I MODIFY THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER?
As your garment has been customised and produced especially for you, we cannot amend your confirmed customisations after check- out. However, you can change your delivery address and dates through our shipping partner UPS.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All shipping costs (including import duties) are already included in the selling price.
DO YOU COLLECT MY DATA WHEN I USE YOUR WEBSITE?
